We envision a world of connection, access, and equity for all people within theatrical spaces and beyond. A world in which gendered and other barriers are eradicated and there are multiple entry points to building creative communities and careers. We envision a creative approach to theatrical work, driven by open conversation that transcends traditional hierarchical structures.  An approach that values transparency, sharing of wisdom across identities and professional roles, and multiple approaches to theatre making. This world is characterized by open and honest communication, respect for the wisdom each individual brings to the conversation, just and dynamic systems of feedback and accountability that translate into action, and deep love.
